Restream Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview
By using Restream’s website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, you must stop using the platform. If you create an account for a company, you confirm that you have the authority to represent and bind the business to these terms.

2. Accounts
Registration: To access certain services, you need to create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.

Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age of majority in your region) to create an account. Minors can only use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Individual Accounts: If you register as an individual, you can only stream content you own or create.

Business Accounts: Companies or agencies must sign up under the appropriate business plan. The person registering must be authorized to represent the company.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activity on your account. Contact Restream immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Services and Pricing
Restream offers Free Services and Paid Services.

Free services may become paid, and paid services may become free, at Restream’s discretion.

No refunds are issued for voluntary cancellations of paid plans.

4. Modifications to Terms
Restream may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the services, you agree to the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check for updates regularly.

5. Termination and Suspension
Restream can suspend or terminate your account under the following conditions:

For Cause: If you breach the terms, engage in illegal activities, fail to pay, or violate Restream’s policies.

Without Cause: Restream can suspend or terminate services with 30 days’ notice.

By You: You can close your account anytime by contacting support or sending a termination request via email.

Upon termination:

Your data will be deleted from Restream’s servers.

No refunds will be issued unless you experience a 72-hour service outage or unresolved technical issues for 7 consecutive days.

6. Intellectual Property and License
Restream owns all intellectual property, including logos, software, and content.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform during your subscription.

You cannot sell, modify, or distribute Restream’s content without permission.

7. Privacy and Data Security
Your data is protected according to Restream’s Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

Restream may store and process data in accordance with industry standards.

8. Refund and Payment Policies
No Refunds: Restream does not offer refunds for unused prepaid services or voluntary cancellations.

Refund Exceptions:

If you experience a network outage for 72+ consecutive hours.

If Restream support fails to resolve a service issue within 7 days.

Account Downgrades: Switching from a higher-tier plan to a lower one does not guarantee refunds or credits.
